Sabat Sanat Shomal Company has been officially operating in Bashal Industrial Park since 2015 and is known as one of the leading companies in the prefabricated housing and structures industry in the north of the country, relying on more than 15 years of management experience in the field of production. The roots of this company's activities go back to 2011 and 2012 in Golestan Province, and since 2014, its activities have been transferred to Mazandaran Province.
Sabat Sanat Shomal, using world-class technology, experienced specialists, and advanced industrial equipment, produces various types of prefabricated housing, prefabricated villas, campers, sandwich panels, and colored galvanized sheets. This company is one of the first manufacturers in the country to replace conventional sheets with sandwich panels since 2013; structures that are completely fireproof, insulated from cold and heat, and suitable for cold and hot climates.
The continuous establishment of this complex in Bashal Industrial Park since 2017 and the equipping of the production line with an overhead crane since 2019 have significantly increased the production capacity, safety and quality of products.
